REGISTRATION FORM

IMPORTANT NOTE

The teachings will come on a data format DVD with QuickTime movie files, since this is the most economical way to distribute the teachings. You cannot use a DVD player to watch this DVD. You will need to use your computer to watch them instead of a DVD player. You will also need to download either the free QuickTime player www.apple.com/quicktime/ or the free VLC player www.videolan.org/vlc  If you have Windows Vista, VLC will work best.
