Dear Friend of Rigpa,

Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your online course registration form for the Rigpa Distance Learning Program's online course "Shamatha."

IMPORTANT NOTE: The teachings will come on a data format DVD with QuickTime movie files, since this is the most economical way to distribute the teachings. You cannot use a DVD player to watch this DVD. You will need to use your computer to watch them instead of a DVD player. You will also need to use either the free QuickTime player www.apple.com/quicktime/ or VLC www.videolan.org/vlc  If you have Windows Vista, VLC will work best.

If your computer cannot play DVD’s, you can purchase an external DVD player for around $25.

Since the course is starting on the 29th, we will be posting the videos for the first 3 weeks of the course on the course website for you to download.
